The comic “Teacher”

In our teacher’s office, there’s a “moving mountain,” and that’s our Art Teacher Ma. Just by looking at his “signature feature” – his body which is as big as a small hill, and the pair of glasses perched on his cheeks – you can easily remember him. As soon as he enters, the usually noisy classroom immediately falls silent. Sometimes, he even comes in early before class to “check the situation.”

Teacher Ma occasionally lets us watch TV. During those times, he sits down below the TV, crossses his legs, and plays with his phone. Sometimes the sound from his phone is even louder than the TV’s, and we sneak a laugh, but he doesn’t seem to mind. However, he has a fiery temper, and his voice can be as loud as if he were using a megaphone. If the class is still making noise, he immediately yells, “Why aren’t you quiet yet?” His voice is so loud that it makes your ears tingle.
His tendency to get angry isn’t just for show. During the art class on Thursdays, when he lets us watch TV, he always emphasizes, “Tomorrow is Friday, and it’s still my class. Anyone who doesn’t bring a pencil, an eraser, a drawing pen, or markers will have to stand outside!” He never lies; there were actually students before who forgot to bring their colored pencils and ended up standing at the back of the room for the whole class.
Teacher Ma also has an “ultimate skill” – the “death stare.” Whenever someone tries to sneak around during class, he just fixes his gaze on that person, and his eyes seem to emit a fierce light. The student being stared at quickly sits up straight, and if they dare to move again, he yells, “You go stand outside!” His voice is so loud that it can be heard throughout the entire building. Occasionally, our whole class gets punished by having to stand as a group for being too noisy.
But Teacher Ma is really amazing; I heard that he’s an incredibly talented artist and has even been on television before! That’s our Teacher Ma. Although he has a hot temper, he hides his love for us, and he’s still an excellent art teacher!
